New Uniforms Coming Fall 2025 – Same Spirit, Fresh Look
Beverly Youth Soccer Association is excited to announce a new partnership with Hummel, starting in Fall 2025. This collaboration allows us to offer high-quality uniforms and equipment—without a major increase in cost.
Because we’re transitioning to an all-new uniform kit, all players will be required to purchase new uniforms for the Fall 2025 season. Our plan is to keep this uniform style for several seasons, so please select sizes with growth in mind.

Grade 3-4 Tryouts
Grade 3–4 Tryouts are optional and intended only for players interested in joining a Beverly Youth Soccer Select team.
Select teams are highly competitive and limited in size—typically just one or two teams of 10–12 players per gender. If your child tries out but isn’t selected, no worries—they’ll automatically be placed on a Cross-Town team and still have a great, fun, and challenging season.
Players chosen for Select teams are expected to commit to both the Fall and Spring seasons. (Most also participate in futsal or indoor soccer together during the winter.)
Please note: If your child is placed on a Select team but registered for Fall only, you will be invoiced for the Spring season following team selection.
Grade 5-8 Tryouts
Everyone tries out. Everyone makes a team.
After registration, your child will be placed in a Tryout Group based on their grade and gender. Following tryouts, team placements for Fall 2025 will be determined using a combination of Tryout Scores and, when available, Coaches’ Evaluations from the Spring 2025 season. Our goal is to place each player on a team that best matches their skill level—ensuring the right mix of challenge, development, and fun.
Please note: Players not able to attend an in-person tryout may be placed on a Recreational team for the Fall season.
Scholarships
No child should miss out on soccer due to cost.
Thanks to generous community support, BYSA offers need-based scholarships to ensure every player can participate—regardless of financial circumstances. If paying for soccer creates a hardship for your family, please contact us at registrar@bevsoccer.org.
